You can buy the flashes you need from the Moradon [Scrolls] Shop NPC.
EXP FLASH: Gold Premium owners can use it, maximum 10 pieces are used and each piece provides a 10% Experience increase.
DC FLASH: Gold Premium owners can use it, maximum 10 pieces are used and each piece provides +1% drop rate increase.
WAR FLASH: Gold Premium owners can use it, maximum 10 pieces are used and each piece provides +1 CONT increase.
Note: Flash time is 3 hours.
