Clan head can only transfer the Clan to Clan members who are Assist.
Give Assist to the person you want to transfer the clan to.
When you press the "U" Key, click on the Clan tab.
Then select the person you will transfer the clan to and click the Transfer button.
The character you specified as Assist will appear in the new window that opens.
After selecting the checkmark on the left, you will transfer your Clan to the person you have chosen.
