hi, look i was about to upgrade 3x shio tears +1 to +2... but before i asked many ppl to see how many upgrade rate were it, and everybdy said me its was 100%... so i tried! and burned!!... i tried look forum and didnt find anything about upgrade rates, please can u help me?! i lost 3xshio tears +1, now i am without rings!... please! help...
